Andrew had his Memorial Tattoo for Jack and Sam by Clive at Tattoo Inc on October 6th 2006.

We chose to have a Beautiful Rose with Jack and Sam's names going through the stem of the rose.

The Design had to be fairly large to fit Andrews Arm, and the results, STUNNING! See below for
